The Weight Loss Starter is an excellent package to begin your weight loss plan. It contains two of Herbalife Nutrition's core meal products - the Formula 1 Shake and the Protein Drink Mix.

The Formula 1 Shake is a healthy, low-calorie meal with all the nutrients and vitamins you need to function at your best. The Protein Drink Mix is mixed with the Formula 1 Shake as an added protein dose, making the shake thicker, taster and more filling.

Our most popular healthy meal, the Formula 1 Shake, contains only 220kCal per serving. It is enriched with loads of vitamins, minerals and proteins. It is ready in less than a minute and is a great and tasty way to start the day.

A unique blend of vitamins, nutrients and soy protein. Each serving contains 15g of pure soy protein and 24 different Vitamins and minerals.

The Weight Loss Starter package contains around 21 meals. You can use it either to maintain your weight (replace one meal per day with the shake) or to lose weight (replace two meals per day with the shake).

Keep in mind that if you use it for weight loss, you will have enough shakes for around 2 weeks.

Mix two flat scoops (about 26g) of Herbalife Formula 1 Shake and two flat scoops (about 26g) of Protein Drink Mix with 250ml of skim milk and mix in a shaker or blender. You can also use water, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk….whatever suits you best. If you did not purchase the Herbalife scoop, one flat tablespoon roughly equals one scoop.
