Programme Guide

The Weight Loss Basic package contains around 42 diet meals. If you have the shake for two meals daily, this package should last approximately 3 weeks.

For the best weight loss results, replace two meals daily with the shake – breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner.

Mix two flat scoops (about 26g) of Herbalife Formula 1 shake with 250ml of skim milk and mix in a shaker or blender. You can also use water, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk….whatever suits you best. If you did not purchase the Herbalife scoop, one flat tablespoon roughly equals one scoop.

Mix one teaspoon of Herbalife Tea with 250ml of hot or cold water, according to taste.

Oat Apple Fibre Drink – Mix 1 scoop (included) with 150ml water or add to your Formula 1 shake.

Take 1 Multivitamin tablet before your morning meal and 1 tablet before your evening meal (2 per day).
